Job Summary: Manage office operations and admin tasks such as coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing schedules, managing travel arrangements, maintaining records, while also overseeing the maintenance and functionality of physical facilities & assets to ensure operational efficiency and a conducive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent from a reputable University
  • 3 – 5 years Admin & Facility experience
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Practical strategic planning ability
  • Proactive and attentive to details
  • Basic maintenance initiatives
  • Conversant with admin and facilities management practice
